Available Platform Diameters include 2.75mm Narrow Platform (Yellow/Blue) in 1.0mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm, and 6.0mm Cuff Heights; 3.75 Standard Platform (SP) in 0.25mm, 1.0mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm, and 6.0mm Cuff Heights; and 4.5mm Wide Platform (WP) in 1.0mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm, and 6.0mm Cuff Heights.
