This Privacy Statement explains how Zest Dental Solutions and its U.S. affiliates (“Zest,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collect, use, disclose, and protect Personal Information (“PI”) about U.S. visitors and customers on our websites, online stores, and services that link to this Statement (the “Sites”).

Scope & Basics
You can browse many areas of the Sites without identifying yourself. If you choose to provide PI (for example, to make a purchase, register for an event, or contact us), we’ll handle it as described here. Patients: Please do not submit Protected Health Information (PHI) through general site forms.
By using the Sites, you acknowledge this Privacy Statement and our use of cookies and similar technologies as described below. Our Sites are intended for U.S. visitors; we will provide a separate website and policy for Europe.
Categories of Personal Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Identifiers & Contact Data (name, email, postal address, phone, account IDs).
- Commercial Data (products viewed/purchased, cart, order history, warranties, support tickets).
- Internet/Technical Data (IP address, device/browser info, cookie IDs, pages viewed, events).
- Approximate Geolocation (derived from IP or device settings you choose).
- Professional Information (for dental professionals—practice details, role, event registrations).
- Payment Info (processed by our payment providers; we retain limited necessary records).
- Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) you choose to provide (e.g., clinical images for education or support). We do not request PHI via general website forms.
- Inferences drawn from the above to help improve products, education, and communications.
Sources: you (forms, purchases, event sign-ups), automatic collection (cookies/pixels/SDKs), and service providers/partners supporting ecommerce, analytics, advertising, events, and communications.
How We Use Personal Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Sites, products, education, and customer support.
- Process transactions, fulfill orders, manage accounts, and communicate about your activity.
- Operate events/webinars and manage registrations and continuing-education content.
- Perform analytics, testing, research, quality assurance, and product/service improvement.
- Personalize content and measure the effectiveness of communications and advertising.
- Detect and prevent fraud/security incidents and comply with applicable laws.
Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and—where enabled—interest-based advertising. You can adjust your preferences at any time via Your Privacy Choices or your browser settings.
Opt-out signals: In California, we process and honor browser-based Opt-out Preference Signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), for “sale”/“sharing” and targeted advertising choices, to the extent required by law.
Do Not Track: We do not respond to DNT signals. Use Your Privacy Choices or supported opt-out signals noted above.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We disclose PI to service providers who help us operate our business (ecommerce, payments, analytics, advertising, email and event platforms, logistics, security) under contracts that restrict use of PI to performing services for us. We may also disclose PI to professional advisors, authorities when legally required, and in connection with a corporate transaction.
“Sale” and “Sharing” (California)
We do not sell PI for money. We may “share” PI for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California law. You can opt out of “sale”/“sharing” and targeted advertising at any time via Your Privacy Choices and through supported opt-out signals. We do not knowingly sell or share PI of consumers under 16.
Use of Sensitive Personal Information
We do not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for purposes that require offering a right to limit under California law. If that changes, we will provide a Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information option.
Retention
We retain PI only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including the life of your account, order fulfillment, event administration, legal/reporting obligations, and security/fraud prevention. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify PI according to our retention rules.
Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect PI. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect PI from them. If you believe a child provided PI, contact us to request deletion.
Your U.S. Privacy Rights
Depending on your state, you may have rights to: (1) know/access specific pieces or categories of PI; (2) correct inaccuracies; (3) delete PI; (4) receive a portable copy; (5) opt out of “sale,” “sharing,” and targeted advertising; and (6) be free from discrimination for exercising your rights.

- Verification: We will verify your identity (and, if applicable, your authorized agent’s authority) before acting on a request.
- Appeals: If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response and including “Appeal” in the subject line.
Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Financial incentives: We do not offer programs that provide different prices or rates in exchange for PI. If we introduce such a program, we will provide required notices and obtain consent where applicable.
Notice at Collection (California)
We collect the categories of PI listed above for the purposes stated in “How We Use Personal Information,” from the sources described in “Categories of Personal Information We Collect.” We do not sell PI for money but may “share” for advertising. Retention periods are summarized in “Retention.”
Links & Third-Party Sites
Our Sites may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing information to third parties.
Social Media & User Content
If you publicly post about Zest (e.g., using our campaign hashtags) and grant permission, we may display your content on our Sites or channels, subject to platform terms. Do not post others’ PI without permission.
Updates to This Statement
We may update this Statement from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Updated” date above and, where required by law, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Sites after an update signifies acceptance.
