The LOCATOR Digital Analog fills a critical step in the digital denture workflow by combining digital fabrication of the prosthesis with digital 3D model production to facilitate final housing pickup in the lab.

With Zest Scan Bodies, clinicians and labs can capture LOCATOR abutment position digitally, allowing restorative teams to design prosthetics with built in prefabricated housing recesses. LOCATOR Libraries for 3Shape and exocad combined with Zest Digital Analogs enhances the digital workflow by introducing an accurate 3D printed model solution to receive digital analogs.

This allows more of the process to happen before the patient delivery appointment, helping labs pick-up LOCATOR housings with greater control and giving clinicians a more efficient, predictable path from scan to design to printed model to final delivery.
